Linda is a native of the Bay Area who grew up in Brazil and Hawaii, and has raised her children in Palo Alto. After working in the for-profit and nonprofit legal fields, publishing, and corporate insurance, she found her passion as an elementary school teacher. Since moving to Palo Alto over 14 years ago, she’s been an educator and community builder, supporting children and families in the Palo Alto and Ravenswood communities through Ravenswood Classroom Partners, site and district-level PTAs, and her church. She was previously on the boards of two of her children’s parent-participation nursery schools and her family’s swim and tennis club.
