Katie Dorogusker is a Boston College Junior passionate about fostering educational equity. Born and raised in Palo Alto, Katie is currently pursuing a B.A. in Applied Psychology & Human Development and Transformative Educational Studies.

Katie’s passion for working with students began in the Child Development Pathway at Palo Alto High School, where she connected classroom learning with hands-on experience at Greendell Preschool and Duveneck Elementary School.

Katie first joined Pathwise as a seasonal Classroom Director in January 2024 and now serves as Office Manager, where she manages mentor applications and onboarding, develops orientation and curriculum materials, coordinates communication with families and community partners, and more.

Beyond her work with Pathwise, Katie is a Bystander Intervention Presenter at the Boston College Women’s Center and a Literacy Buddy for students with extensive support needs at the Campus School. She hopes to contribute to creating an environment where all students feel empowered, supported, and inspired to learn.
